1. General provisions

This document contains the terms of purchase (hereinafter - the Rules), which establishes the rights, duties and responsibilities of the person (hereinafter - the Buyer) purchasing goods in the e-shop ina.lt and UAB Ina (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). A person purchasing goods at Ina e-shop agrees with these rules.

2. Purchase - The conclusion of a sales contract

The contract is considered concluded and valid from the moment when the Buyer clicks the "Order" button, and the Seller sends confirmation of receipt of the order. The concluded agreement is valid until the full performance of the obligations of both parties (Buyer and Seller).

3. Buyer's rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Purchase Agreement with the Seller in the e-shop, notifying it within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the item. The return item must be unused, intact and not lost in appearance (uncut packages).

3.3. The buyer has other rights established in legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and shipping costs by making a bank transfer to the Seller's bank account.

3.5. If the data specified in the Customer's registration form changes, he must immediately inform the Seller in order not to endanger the execution of the order.

3.6. The buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail about the payment made to the Seller's bank account.

3.7. The Buyer undertakes to comply with other requirements specified in legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations

4.1. If the Buyer attempts to damage the ina.lt electronic store or fails to fulfill his obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the services provided by ina.lt.

4.2. The Seller has the right to change these Terms.

4.3. The seller has other rights established in legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the ina.lt shop.

4.5. If, for important reasons, the Seller is not able to deliver the ordered goods, he / she has the right to notify the Buyer and return the money within 1-3 business days.

4.6. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Personal Information provided by the Buyer, provided in the registration form or order form of the ina.lt electronic shop.

4.7. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the indicated address.

4.8. The Seller undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Rules.

5. Order of goods

5.1. The buyer can order goods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5.2. Purchase - A sales contract is concluded and takes effect when the Buyer clicks on the "Book" button and the Seller sends a confirmation of receipt of the order.

5.3. All prices in ina.lt e-shop are indicated in Euros, including VAT.

5.4. The buyer pays for the goods by making a bank transfer to the Seller's bank account.

5.5 The buyer must pay for the goods immediately. After receiving the payment, the Seller begins to prepare the order for delivery.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1. The goods are presented to the buyer by the transport company. For the delivery of the order, the value of which exceeds 100 Euros, the Seller pays. Otherwise, the delivery costs are paid by the Buyer.

6.2. The shipping price depends on the weight and the total volume of the goods, so it will be clear upon the completion of the order.

6.3. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.4. Goods are delivered to the Buyer within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment for the goods. The delivery time can be exceptionally longer if the seller does not have any goods in his / her warehouse.

6.5. The buyer is informed about the time of delivery of the goods.

6.6. At the time of delivery of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the goods of the product, make sure nothing is intact. If the Buyer notices the transportation violations or he / she encounters other uncertainties, immediately tell the courier and inform the Dealer. If the Buyer does not mark the violations observed in the courier delivery document and does not notify the Seller, the Seller is released from liability.

7. Return of goods

7.1. Fine goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001. June 29 Order No 217 "Regarding the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items" approved by the Rules for the Repayment and Amendment of Items, unless the Contract can not be terminated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. Buyer, in accordance with these Rules 7.1. item may return the goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery. The Buyer must inform the Seller, stating the reason for the return of the item.

7.3. Returns must be in original packaging intact and with all delivery documents, including a VAT invoice.

7.4. Goods are not accepted back if they were used, damaged or lost their appearance.

7.5. The seller must accept the item and replace it with the correct one, returning to the buyer the wrong item, which was ordered or received with a defective product. If the Seller does not have the right goods at that moment, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid.

8. Responsibilities of Buyer and Seller

8.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

8.2. The seller is not responsible for the information provided on the links provided on the website. The seller is not responsible for the information contained there.

8.3. The buyer is responsible for transferring your login data to third parties.

8.4. In the event of damage, the damaged party shall indentify the losses suffered by the other party. Due to Purchases - violations of the Contract of Sale, the parties are liable in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. UAB Ina ensures the security of your personal data in accordance with the directives of the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Valstybės žinios, 2003, No. 15-597). Your data will be stored and not transferred to third parties unless necessary to properly fulfill your order.

9.2. If the customer wishes to receive Ina messages sent to Ina, the possibility to choose whether or not to receive them is granted.

9.3. A cookie is a small text file sent to the device of each person visiting the site, which connects to the site and temporarily stored on that device. The information collected on the cookie site helps to identify a visitor to the site, save the history of the visit to the site and then apply content that improves the site's functionality.

9.4. When ordering goods at the www.ina.lt online store, the customer must provide the data necessary for the delivery of the goods: name, address, telephone number and other necessary data for the goods. Ina UAB confirms and ensures that the given data will be used only for the purpose of ordering and delivering goods. We undertake not to disclose this information to third parties other than our partners who provide goods delivery and other services related to the ordering of goods, as this information is necessary to fulfill your order and deliver the goods. In all other cases, any personal data of the Client may be disclosed to third parties only in cases provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.5. When ordering goods at www.ina.lt, the customer undertakes to store, not to reveal his / her login data to anyone. In addition, the Customer confirms that he is an adult and has the right to order goods in our online store. If the Customer disclose his / her login details, UAB Ina is exempted from any liability related thereto.

10. Marketing and information

10.1. The seller may organize various sales promotions, which is subject to be changed or eliminated by the Seller. 

10.2. Seller sends information to the Buyer at the electronic address indicated on the Customer Registration Form.

10.3. The Buyer can contact the Seller in all contacts indicated in the contact section.

11. Final provisions

11.1. These Purchase-Sale Rules are concluded in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. Disputes arising from the execution of these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
